Mehrnaz Ravanbakhsh, LMFT
Clinical Director
Mehrnaz Ravanbakhsh serves as Clinical Director of Elevated Healing Treatment Centers, where she leads clinical programming and supports multidisciplinary teams across all levels of care.
With expertise in trauma-informed care, substance use treatment, and co-occurring mental health conditions, she ensures care remains structured, ethical, and deeply client-centered. Her leadership fosters a culture of collaboration, accountability, and meaningful clinical progress.
Alexandra Gorius, RADT
Program Director
Alexandra (Alex) Gorius is the Program Director at Elevated Healing Treatment Centers, where she oversees the day-to-day clinical programming and helps foster a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for healing. Drawing from CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and experiential approaches, Alex is passionate about helping clients build practical coping skills and create meaningful, lasting change. Her warm, collaborative leadership style reflects her belief that people grow best when they feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Patient Relations Manager
Roya Omrani serves as Patient Relations Manager at Elevated Healing Treatment Centers, where she is dedicated to creating a welcoming, compassionate, and supportive experience for every patient. With a B.A. in Communication and Journalism and an M.A. in Communications with a focus on Social Communications Research, she combines exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for advocacy, patient engagement, and community connection.

Alexis Prado
Director of Admissions & Administration
Dedicated Director of Admissions and Administration with a strong commitment to client care and extensive experience in behavioral and mental health operations. Currently pursuing a master's degree in psychology, Alexis brings a clinical foundation shaped by her background as a Mental Health Counselor and her six-year tenure as an Outpatient Clinical Manager.
Alexis ensures that every aspect of the admissions process and administrative operations reflects Elevated Healing's standards of structured, specialty-led treatment, personalization, and compassion. She builds and oversees systems that support both patients and staff, creating a seamless, efficient experience from first contact through ongoing care.

Integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and depth-oriented modalities to tailor care to each individual's needs. Passionate about helping individuals reshape their narratives and build meaningful, lasting change.
Serlee Esmailian, ACSW
Primary Therapist
Associate Clinical Social Worker with a strong background in mental health, substance use disorders, and trauma-informed care. Known for her warm, client-centered approach that quickly builds trust. Clinical experience includes PTSD, anxiety, depression, and co-occurring disorders, alongside comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and utilization reviews. Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at California State University, Northridge. Specializes in case management, care coordination, and client advocacy, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to help clients build healthier perspectives and develop practical tools for lasting change.
