A Simple and Supportive Path to Getting Started
At Elevated Healing Treatment Centers, our admissions team works closely with individuals and families to make the process clear, supportive, and efficient. Our goal is to help each person access the right level of care as quickly as possible while ensuring that treatment is clinically appropriate and aligned with their needs.
The admissions process typically includes three key steps: insurance verification, a clinical pre-admissions assessment, and a personalized treatment recommendation.
Insurance Verification
We confirm your benefits and explain coverage before you commit to anything.
Clinical Assessment
A confidential phone conversation with a licensed clinician to understand your needs.
Treatment Placement
A personalized program and level-of-care recommendation matched to your situation.
Insurance Verification (VOB)
The first step in the admissions process is completing a Verification of Benefits (VOB). This allows our admissions team to review an individual's insurance coverage and determine what services may be eligible for reimbursement. You can also submit your insurance information online to get the process started.
This step helps ensure transparency and allows individuals and families to make informed decisions before beginning treatment—with no obligation and no surprises.
Clinical Pre-Admissions Assessment
Once insurance coverage has been verified, the next step is a telephone pre-admissions assessment with one of our licensed clinicians. This confidential conversation allows our clinical team to better understand the individual's needs, challenges, and treatment history.
The assessment helps determine whether our programs are the appropriate fit and ensures that each person is placed in the most suitable level of care. It is also an opportunity for individuals and families to ask questions and learn more about what treatment at Elevated Healing looks like.
Determining the Appropriate Program & Level of Care
Based on the information gathered during the clinical assessment, our team will determine the most appropriate program track and level of care. At Elevated Healing Treatment Centers, we offer separate primary treatment tracks for Mental Health and Substance Use, with coordinated care when co-occurring conditions are present.
Our clinicians will determine whether a client is best suited for:
We will also recommend the most appropriate level of care:
Partial Hospitalization Program
A structured, full-day treatment program providing intensive clinical support while allowing individuals to return home or to supportive housing each evening.
IOPIntensive Outpatient Program
A flexible treatment option providing structured therapy several days per week while allowing individuals to maintain work, school, or family responsibilities.
This individualized recommendation ensures that treatment intensity and services match each person's clinical needs. In some cases, our team may recommend our Residential Treatment Community (RTC) or Outpatient Program depending on the assessment findings.
