Our comprehensive continuum of care ensures you receive exactly what you need—no more, no less. Each program combines psychiatric expertise with evidence-based therapy, delivered with compassion and personalization. We treat mental health and substance use as interconnected conditions that require integrated solutions.
We help you find the right level of care based on symptom severity, support needs, work/family situation, and recovery goals. Many patients move through multiple levels as they progress in recovery.
24/7 intensive residential care for people requiring structured environment and comprehensive support. Includes psychiatric care, individual and group therapy, peer support, wellness activities, and community living.
Best for: Acute psychiatric crisis, severe substance use, unsafe home environment, or need for highest level of support.
Intensive day treatment 5-7 days per week. Return home evenings and weekends. Bridges gap between inpatient and outpatient care with comprehensive psychiatric and therapy services.
Best for: Acute symptoms needing intensive support, transition from hospitalization, or outpatient care insufficient.
3-5 days per week, 2-4 hours daily. Structured outpatient program with group and individual therapy, psychiatric support, and skills-building while maintaining home and work life.
Best for: Moderate symptoms, stabilized after higher level of care, or work/family responsibilities.
1-2 times per week flexible appointments. Individual therapy and psychiatric care tailored to your schedule. Ongoing support for maintained recovery and symptom management.
Best for: Stable symptoms, maintenance after higher-level care, or ongoing psychiatric and therapy needs.
Non-invasive brain stimulation treatment for treatment-resistant depression and other conditions. Complements traditional therapy and medication with evidence-based neuromodulation.
Best for: Depression unresponsive to medications, anxiety, or as adjunct to psychotherapy.
Yoga, art therapy, sound meditation, mindfulness, and creative expression. Holistic integration of mind-body wellness supporting emotional integration and resilience.
Best for: Complementary support across all program levels to enhance healing.
Traditional treatment separates mental health and substance use into different clinics with different providers who rarely communicate. This fails because these conditions are interconnected—depression drives substance use, and substance use worsens depression.
At Elevated Healing, both conditions are assessed and treated together from day one. Your psychiatrist understands addiction. Your therapist understands psychiatric conditions. One team. One treatment plan. Both conditions addressed as the interconnected problem they are.
Result: Better outcomes, faster recovery, sustained long-term stability.
We assess your situation comprehensively: symptom severity, safety concerns, support systems, work/family commitments, and recovery goals. Our intake team will discuss options and recommend the best fit. Many patients move between levels as they progress.
We monitor progress regularly and adjust as needed. If symptoms worsen or crisis emerges, we can increase level of care. Conversely, as stabilization occurs, we can step down. Flexibility is built into our model.
Duration varies significantly based on condition severity, complexity, and response to treatment. RTC: 30-60 days. PHP: 4-8 weeks. IOP: 4-12 weeks. Outpatient: ongoing as needed. We measure success by sustained recovery, not discharge date.
Yes. We work with most major insurance plans. Our team verifies coverage and explains benefits. Financial considerations never prevent someone from accessing care. Contact us to discuss your insurance and options.
Three key differences: (1) Integrated—we treat mental health and substance use together, not separately. (2) Personalized—your treatment is designed for YOUR situation, not a predetermined program. (3) Long-term focused—we measure success by sustained recovery, not discharge.
Assessment is the first step. We'll discuss your situation, determine appropriate level of care, and answer all your questions.
