Outpatient program (OP) is most flexible level of care, appropriate for individuals with stable symptoms, strong support systems, and established coping skills. You attend 1-2 appointments weekly—typically one therapy session and one psychiatric appointment, or combined appointments based on preference. OP is ideal for ongoing recovery support, maintenance medication management, therapy for life challenges, and continued growth after completing intensive programs. Many people transition to OP after completing RTC, PHP, or IOP, or begin at OP if symptoms are mild to moderate and support systems are adequate.
Right for you if: You have stable symptoms, supportive living situation, established recovery foundation, need ongoing therapy and psychiatric support, or are transitioning from higher level of care.
